At SONVADIA, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favourite scales. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item/s to us free of cost in their original condition and in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We will refund you in full.

Please note that we are not able to accept returned items outside of our returns period. Except if the item is registered with us under warranty within 21 days of purchase. (Online purchases are registered automatically) 

To avoid any additional fees, please include all packing material, manuals with the product.

Please contact us and obtain a reference number for your return goods.

We will not accept any goods without our return reference number.
